Montessori Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a Montessori-trained Toddler Teacher who is passionate about fostering independence and supporting early development in a prepared environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Montessori philosophy and curriculum in the classroom

  • Prepare and maintain an engaging, orderly environment

  • Support children’s independence, language, and social development

  • Observe and document children’s progress

  • Maintain strong communication with parents and team members

Qualifications:

  • Montessori Toddler Certification (required)

  • Experience working with toddlers (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of child-led learning

Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

We are looking for a dedicated RECE to support our classrooms and uphold high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate programming

  • Ensure compliance with CCEYA and centre policies

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Qualifications:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of ECE

  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

We are seeking a caring and reliable ECA to support classroom operations and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist educators in daily classroom activities

  • Support supervision and care of children

  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization

  • Follow health, safety, and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a childcare setting (preferred)

  • Team-oriented and adaptable

  • Passion for working with young children
